I’ve been on a two week vacation with my wife and kids. It’s been wonderful. You may have noticed, if you’ve been following my cartoons at all for any time, that I’ve been reposting old popular ones. Well, I’ll start drawing original ones again tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Actually, only short people can get it. They are the only ones who find this palatable. Happy Sunday.

“Our Lord Jesus Christ, on the night when he was betrayed, took the bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples and said: Take; eat; this is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me. In the same way he also took the cup after the supper, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them saying, Drink of it, all of you. This cup is the New Testament in my blood, shed for you for the forgiveness of sins. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

So, Zacchaeus would need a nearby Sycamore tree in order to be seen by that church, apparently.

We are unfortunately seeing signs of ‘All Welcomed’ on some churches… but the translation is ‘All are welcomed to attend so long as you are not gay and rejoicing in your same sex marriage…. however, if you are in your second or third marriage and rejoicing in that marriage, we are quite ok with you.’

The classification of sins according to (a) those that you must be working on overcoming, or (b) those that are acceptable to us… is a very odd American church game.’

Brigitte: I am lost on what the Eucharist (Lord’s Supper, Communion, etc.) has to do with short people, or the cartoon.

Can you please explain how your post was relevant to the discussion of the cartoon (or cartoon’s subject)?
