    I think that it really applies to all, especially in churches that become unhealthy. Yes, often those in leadership roles get the knife, but… it can also be them back-stabbing, and congregants doing it to each other. I think at times the dysfunctionality breeds that kind of anger and passive-aggressiveness to the point that many people become involved in it, to some degree or other.

    Yep, I went to church there……
