When Jesus said that thing about “it shall not be so among you,” I think it was also a word to the heavy-laden (like in the cartoon). Too often, we take that to just be a warning to brothers/sisters who might be tempted to lord-it-over, but it can also be a warning to not be lorded-over. In the cartoon, it takes 5 to tango.

Mark VH: in many ways that was the hardest bit, the shame that you actually allowed this to happen to you because you thought it was the perfect will of God for you & the way for advancement. Thankfully thats all water under the bridge now.
