It’s funny, the box I got was shaped much more like a book…

When you outgrow the box, it’s liberating to carefully cut it open, lay it flat, and use it as a blank canvas to write, sketch, or paint what the Spirit is speaking into your heart. If you have enough boxes laying around, you can even wallpaper a small closet! ;-)

It’s gotta be the Gom Jabbar.

    “What’s in the box?”

    “Pain.”

    NP is the Kickass Hatrack.

I’m going to send this to my church leader. Dave, can I put it on my Facebook page and if so, how? A couple of the people who lead my church are my friends on Facebook and it’s always nice to post something theologically subversive for them to see. Some of the leaders and congregation have been saying some very liberal things lately, for a Charismatic church, so I live in hope.

There was a kind of post-Charismatic speaker at Greenbelt and his seminar was entitled ‘The Thoughtful Charismatic’. He was one of the founders of ‘Soul Survivor’ – a Charismatic Evangelical type youth festival so he was clearly well into it before. He gave me his email address. I’m ‘thinking outside the box’ and envisage some form of ‘Progressive Charismatic’ and I want to help bring this about. I like bringing opposites together. I’m certainly going to try to get more of them to Greenbelt next year.

Great post and the whole blog is great.

    I am a pastor, too.

Fed up with about 99.99% of what’s going on in the religious world.

Are you sure it’s a complimentary box?

Most faiths would have you give 10% to receive it!
