    Hey David, Great cartoon. I just saw your t-shirts and “What would Judas do” is hilarious. I don’t know if you have ever heard of Nathan Clark George, but he’s Christian musician that has a song titled, “What if I Were in the Garden”. It demonstrates our tendency to believe that we would never do be so weak, but then reveals that reality that we are just as fallen as those men, and to believe we could never kiss His cheek is to lie to ourselves. The chorus says: “I would run, I would hide, three times I would lie and oh the joy to hear his gentle voice”. These are good questions. They point to a truth about ourselves that most people dare not ponder.

    I think Chris’ comments arr right on the money.

    We spit in Jesus’ face and give a hammer blow to the nails each time we willfully disobey the Lord (for me that is quite often).

    But we (sinners) are the ones that He came for.

    The plumbline that is the law, shows me this fact all the time.

    “While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

    Sweet words, indeed!
