		<description>This is so very true. I was at a church growth, oops, sorry, church health conference last week. I got so used to hearing about churches that have attendances in their thousands that I actually started to look down at attendees when they told me about the church of 200 they pastor.

I had to take a big reality check when I returned home to my church of 30.

Like David said a few weeks ago, we&#039;re called to serve people, not a vision.</description>
