    I think of the truth of God's Word as liberating. It's like the psalmist, who says, "The Law of the Lord is Life". Usually when we think of laws we think of something that is keeping me from doing what I want. Yet,isn't the law life in that it helps us to do what we are supposed to do?

    @VanPastor, the truth of God's Word IS liberating. When I look at this cartoon, I think of what people do with His word and how it goes from being life-giving to stifling, abusive, etc.
