The elders in the temple were impressed by the questions the 12 year old Jesus asked them. This wasn’t to change. But their impressions were to change from positive to negative as his questions became more probing and incisive.

What a great t-shirt! I love the message. We should never stop asking the question “why”. Perhaps people are threatened sometimes by others who have a curious and seeking spirit but God sure isn’t! And that’s all that matters…to me anyways

In my experience of organized religion, questioning is a one way ticket to expulsion.
Lynas blanket dogma or ‘Truth’ as it is reverentially referred to does not like the ‘Why?’ question.
