Other than the $1, what is the difference between the download and ebook options? Is it buying the same from a different store, or is it a different file format?

JD: The download is .pdf. I have formatted it so it can look good on a reader, but people usually choose this option if they want it on their computer or to print it. However, the LULU version, the ebook, can be read on any electronic reader like Kindle or iBooks.
